p.s. This is by no means published to ridicule the institution. But it is not everyday that I have a camera in hand and I couldnt resist this opportunity.

I dont think they have. Maybe a ph. no. Many of the cots dont have mattresses and it could be pretty hot on those plastic cots in summer. But for people who have been sleeping on the wayside, this maybe heaven.
yes,and mainting mattress for that age group maybe hard esp if they have accidents..
